The process:
- Together, we discuss your employee’s language needs & they fill in our online level assessment form
- We decide on the most appropriate format: face to face and/or online group or private lessons, e-learning complement, telephone sessions
- We create your taylor-made course programme
- We assist you with the preparation, management, and completion of your OPCO funding application
- Your employee.s complete their course
- We prepare the training follow-up and final report and forward them to the relevant departments (HR & OPCO)
Payment options:
This depends on the way your OPCO operates, either:
- the OPCO pays for the course directly at the end, once the course has been completed in full
- The company pays for the course upfront and is refunded by its OPCO once the course has been completed in full

We ask for your sector’s convention collective* in order to ensure the course will meet their funding criteria. To find yours, please visit the Code du Travail website and follow the instructions.
* A “convention collective” is a sector-wide labor agreement in France. It’s a contract negotiated between employers and unions that sets additional employment rules (like pay scales, working hours, leave, and benefits) on top of the national labor law. Every company belongs to one, based on its industry.
