Private lessons are a great way to progress in French. Lessons are planned according to your needs and objectives, they move at your own pace, and you get the teacher’s undivided attention! You can choose to focus on certain topics, language points you want to understand and master, which may include vocabulary or idioms, grammar, understanding practice, general conversation…
Alternatively, our teachers are trained to zero in on what language you need so you can just let them guide you!
The schedule for private lessons is built around you so if you’re not able to attend classes at a fixed time each week, that’s fine.
Finally you may be in the valley for only short periods at a time. You can take lessons while you’re here, then why not try online lessons when you’re not!

We need to know a little about your level before starting any type of lessons. Don’t worry, we teach everyone from beginner to advanced! - Tell us what you’d like to work on
You may want to simply practise conversation, or work on your listening skills, maybe you need to talk on the phone a lot and would like to feel more confident – whatever the need, we can help. - Tell us how many lessons you’d like
Based on how much time you have, we’ll determine a programme to help you reach your objectives the best we can. - Avancée Private Lessons and Training Budgets
You may be able to finance your course via a government training scheme if you work for a French company, or run your own French registered business, including micro/auto-entrepeneurs. Find out about training budgets here.

- 60€ / hour
- 480€ for 8 weeks – 1h a week
- 660€ for 12 weeks – 1h a week
